Return Policy

ThrowHeat has both a 30-day Return/Exchange policy and a 90-day Manufacturer's defect policy. Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, you may return or exchange any product in its original condition. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was originally received, freight will not be refunded.

ThrowHeat's 90-day defect policy protects you from defective workmenship. This policy does not, however, cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover damage resulting from misuse. If you are returning merchandise for refund or exchanging it for a different model, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Include the receipt if available and send the item to be returned or exchanged to the following address:
